Molly brings extensive experience in marketing and communications to her role at Chiang O’Brien Architects. Her expertise spans digital marketing strategy, brand development, and storytelling, honed through years of leading innovative campaigns across industries, including higher education, technology, and economic development.
Before joining Chiang O’Brien, Molly was Senior Director of Communications and Brand at eCornell, where she led a team of marketing professionals to promote over 200 online certificate programs and executive master’s degrees. Her work included developing impactful digital content campaigns, overseeing the production of creative content, and driving engagement through social media, email marketing, and public relations.
Previously, Molly played a vital role at Cornell’s Center for Regional Economic Advancement, supporting startups in fields such as food and ag innovation, climate technology, and healthcare. By building brands, launching marketing campaigns, and facilitating media outreach, she helped these ventures grow and create lasting economic impact.
