In the summer of 2021, Cornell University engaged Chiang O’Brien to renovate a portion of the Veterinary Medical Center (VMC) to facilitate the relocation of dermatology exam and treatment rooms.

The main project goal was to provide flexible clinical spaces with integrated laboratory and teaching facilities and offices for the hospital.

Additionally, the renovation provides space for offices, client consultations, and euthanasia counseling.
