Ryan is a licensed architect with over 10 years of experience in project management, higher education design, and architectural fabrication. His projects have ranged in size, including classroom buildings, Brooklyn brownstones, and an expansive residence in Aspen, Colorado. Having grown up minutes from a large university, he is drawn to exploring and understanding university campuses and how they function as compact, self-supporting cities. At Chiang | O’Brien Architects, Ryan is an adept project manager with experience working on academic classroom renovations, lab renovations, and planning studies.

Ryan has a bachelor of architecture from The Pennsylvania State University and a master of science in architecture from Pratt Institute. He is a registered architect in New York State.
